Experience

Sylvain Bogensberger represents our Swiss and foreign clients in Swiss and international
inheritance disputes, in negotiations or before Swiss courts (various inheritance actions,
including actions for partition, reduction, annulment, rendering of accounts, etc.).

He also advises Swiss and foreign private clients on estate planning, including tax planning,
as well as the various parties involved in inheritance matters (such as executors, banks,
notaries, etc.) in the administration and liquidation of complex, often international, estates.
He has extensive experience in the execution of wills, particularly in Channel Islands law, as
well as in trust law.

His practice also tax law (litigation and negotiations with the authorities), personal and family
law (complex matrimonial regimes), immigration law (settlement in Switzerland, creation of
appropriate structures, litigation, etc.) and labor law (advice and litigation).

He also practices sports law and has served on numerous occasions as ad hoc clerk at the
Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.

Finally, he regularly advises our clients on commercial law and contract law, such as in the
yacht industry.​
